I did 25 minutes of Cardio then met with my new trainer. He had me do some abs and back strengthening, then lots of arms. I feel like... oh I'm just so damn sore now.
It's a damn good thing I did cardio first; there's no way I could have done it after that. I see him again on Monday.
I could sleep for the next millennia... I'm going to be so sore tomorrow, it's bad enough now....
Oh, and I was at my target heart rate throughout the entire weight training thing; so it's more like I did an actual hour of cardio. Sooooooooo tired.
