The move, and my new office setup!

Because I wanted to set up my desk overlooking the living room, I had to do something to protect my investments from being pushed over the bannister by an over-eager cat. To that end, I invested in this shiny Ergotron. This is now my office.

The move went really well. The roof was completed this morning and they're coming to do the skylights tomorrow. I have a new roof, new gutters and downspouts, and the rotting shed has been demolished.

I picked up the cats this morning and they've already settled into the master suite. I'll probably let them explore the rest of the house starting tomorrow after the morning medication routine.

I love, love, love, LOVE my new house.

I’ve had a lot of it planned out during the weeks I was waiting, so it wasn’t too bad.  Still a lot to do, though.
