Put an offer on the house…

My agent came over at 10:30 and we wrote up the offer for this house, she left at 11am. She just called to say that she has an appointment with them at 1:45. The offer expires at noon tomorrow but she's going to impress upon them that I'd like to know sooner if at all possible.

I really, really, really want this house.

Update 2:27pm: The offer was presented, they haven't come back yet, but the reactions were good and things are looking positive.

Update 6:51pm: Still no word, I know it was right to give them an evening but goshdarnit, I want to know now!

My agent meets with them in about 18 minutes. I’m not sure if they’ll have an answer then or go to expiry.  Sometime between 18 minutes from now and noon tomorrow. I hope I know sooner, so that I can go back to them if needed.
