Picked up a PS3.
And Guitar Hero bundle 3.
It looks amazing on the 65" television. Using HDMI out for the video and optical for the audio, got full surround sound.
Now just to make the Macbook stream to it, and I'll be totally set.
This rocks.
I’ve heard good things about the Guitar Hero games. They have Guitar Hero 3 for Wii, so when I buy a Wii I might have to try it out.
I think for games that have extra peripherals like that, I’m going to stick with the PS3 - since it’s high def and all, in cases where games cross-over, and don’t make extra special usage of the nunchuck and wiimote, I’ll go with them on the PS3.
But I’m sure there’s something in a shade of grey…
