On tech support… you’re kidding, right?

It doesn't matter for what I am answering questions, or where, or for whom: invariably, for an unfortunately high percentage of questions, my immediate response is

drum roll

"you're kidding, right?"

whistles

I've only slipped and said this out loud to friends I was helping. I've often typed it, but I've never actually hit submit...

Well, the exception is Crimson. I often ask him if he's kidding. (Hi, Crimson!)
