Feeling like crap.

This semester is off to a shitty start. I've already missed a few classes and I feel utterly awful. But I emailed my profs telling them I won't be in classes today because I'm sick. I actually woke up at 8:50am feeling great. Showered and got out of the shower and got all dizzy and weak and came and sat down with some breakfast hoping that would fix it. Then realized I still couldn't breathe and was quite shaky so said to hell with it.

I pretty much can't miss any more classes the rest of the semester, but whatever. This February bullshit is pretty normal for me, no matter how careful I am about staying warm and healthy I always get sick right around now. Hopefully this'll be out of my system and I can just go to classes for now on and be ok. They've all been fairly understanding so hopefully this won't be too much of a problem. Was supposed to get essay questions today from History of Rock but I'll manage with getting them Tuesday. Too sick to write now anyway and I can always work on the essay for Studies in Comedy. Thinking I'll write on the comedic value of enforced chastity in Lysistrata. That just tickles my fancy and who knows why?

Springtime is predictable and druggable - but the February thing is random. Usually it’s only a day or two, this year it was 2 weeks and it was awful.
