Decided to not move forward…
The house just doesn't have what I want and I'm not prepared to purchase a house that needs a major remodel. I'd rather spend more and have a place much closer to what I want.
Tomorrow afternoon we look at Jones Farm, and Tuesday afternoon we look at Bethany.

I think it’s smart to shop around. Find the perfect house; you’ll be stuck with it for a while.

About 5 years…
... and I’ve looked at about 40 houses so far. I wouldn’t say that I have not shopped around. But still have to keep on trying, I guess!
But I’m sure there’s something in a shade of grey…

I’m too much of an impulsive buyer to house shop. I’d walk into the first one…“I’ll take it!”
