A weekend of relaxation leads to parental panic.

(Mom, if you're reading this: hi!)

At 7:54 this morning, my phone rang. Elka woke up, which meant I was forced to get out of bed.

Mom was on the phone. She had left me messages the day before, worrying about me. I hadn't been online or spoken to her in a few days, so she flipped out.

This weekend was lovely. I got to spend an absolute ton of time with Chris - playing WoW, but it didn't matter what we were doing, really. Though I am (unfortunately?) enjoying WoW again. My li'l druid hit 50 yesterday. Did lots of training with Elka, and many dog park visits. She's gotten to be an angel on a leash (90%!) and we've even worked on "heel" a little bit. I even got her to recall 3 times at the park - a miracle, since she's normally totally deaf to me there.

So it was a great weekend, and I really needed the 3 days off, honestly. Last week was just a perpetual nightmare. Though it was better than some (I hope everyone's ok!).

There are some interesting pulls and challenges happening now. Maybe more on that in a private entry. Not sure. Definitely not public. =)

Hope everyone else got a good recharge this weekend!

You said “pulls” and “challenges” and all I could think of was WoW related stuff. How sad is that? I really need a [better] social life. LMAO!

Haha.  Nah, I meant personal.  WoW is simple; though I still hate leveling on a PVP server.

I just wish there were still 40-mans.  I like 10-mans, but the 25-mans simply don’t work for me; something about WoW changing that dynamic really killed the high-end game.  Heck, I’d go for 72 man raids like in Everquest, if it were possible. ;)

But I’m sure there’s something in a shade of grey…
Something in between…
